Our EMs are involved in product as much as they want, the structure itself doesn't limit that. I have one EM right know how wants to focus only on tech and people, a few others are fully emersed with new projects and roadmap direction.

I disagree with EM leading a stream of work. It's one for a little while if needed, buy that snot their job. It's often ends up with more problems.
