One story doesn't make it true for the whole world and I have doubts about NYT's credibility. Not saying they are laying, but they often bend the truth to narrative and idealogy they want to push. Reading the article very carefuly, I can pick a few places where things are implied, but not said (actually written).

I'm wondering what is other proof on the topic you just raised. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if there are more examples like that. That's a natural response to fake quotas where the only thing that counts is a number. Nothing else.

Hiring based on skin colour or gender (no matter which one) is discrimination. Creating fake roles to reach artificial quotas is just a shitty company and example of a place noone should work at.
