If I knew, I would back off from the process earlier and not waste my time. It just felt like they are all over the place and what they want doesn't overlap with what they need. That means even if I would somehow manage to work with them, likely it would be a bad experience. Simply a mistake.

In the end, I'm happy with how this story ended as I've learnt (or at least reminded myself) to listen more to those early red flags. I consider myself lucky to dodge the bullet but I remember, I was very frustrated and annoyed straight after the whole interview process.
